Huitzilo’s story begins in San Marcos.

Our founder grew up watching his father serve the local community through his automotive repair business near San Marcos High School. For more than 36 years, his father earned the trust of local families by working hard, treating people honestly, and being there when they needed help.

That example left a lasting impression. It showed him that a local business can be more than a way to make a living—it can become a meaningful part of the community it serves.

At 18, he joined the United States Marine Corps and began his own journey of service. The discipline, responsibility, and commitment he developed in the Marine Corps continue to shape how Huitzilo operates today.

After returning to the community that helped shape him, he wanted to continue the tradition his father started: using his skills to help local people and businesses succeed. That desire became the foundation for Huitzilo.

Why Huitzilo Exists

Huitzilo was created to help contractors and service-business owners build stronger, more dependable companies.

Many talented local business owners are excellent at their craft but struggle with disconnected marketing, inconsistent lead generation, slow follow-up, and systems that do not work together. It means helping local business owners create opportunities for their families, employees, and customers. It also means being present outside of work. Today, he has the privilege of volunteering with his son’s tee-ball team through San Marcos Youth Baseball.

Whether he is helping a local owner improve a follow-up system or helping young players learn the game, the purpose is the same: contribute, encourage others, and strengthen the community.
